**Role**: Pathway Coordinator

**Hours**: Monday and Tuesday, 9-5 pm (with a possibility to extend)

**Location**:Remote and office-based (Letchworth Garden City)

**Pay**: £20,500 (pro rata)

**The Company**

At The Autism Pathway, we pride ourselves on providing kind and compassionate, neuro-affirming autism assessments for children and adults. We work collaboratively with our clients to help them on their journey to discovering if they are autistic. We work on a strengths-based principle rather than a deficit-based one**.**

Our assessments are NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) and NHS compliant, which means they can be used to seek support in education and employment.

Our team is made up of qualified and registered Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses and Social Workers with years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals.

We also have a Senior Assistant Psychologist who leads the day-to-day running of the service and a Senior Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Lead who oversees all the assessments.

**The Role**

The Autism Pathway is seeking a Pathway Coordinator, initially on a part-time basis, to join our team.
- Completing the booking process (invoicing, organising appointments between clinicians and within venues)
- Liaising with clinicians and inputting availability into a calendar system
- Sending out appointment reminders
- Uploading client documents to case files
- Working within GDPR and Data protection policies to ensure client and clinician confidentiality
- Managing and resolving client issues
- Liaising with schools/GP Surgeries
- Organising the recruitment and onboarding process for new clinicians (including completing necessary paperwork)

**Essential Skills**
- Customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of IT software (Microsoft Office)
- Organising and prioritising own workload
- Multi-tasking and juggling multiple demands
- Team working and collaboration
- Access to own laptop
- A conversational and friendly personality
- Highly organised
- A great listener and ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of the listener

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience working in the NHS/healthcare settings
- Experience working with autistic individuals and or families
- GDPR Training
- Safeguarding Level 2 training
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Driving License
