Due to new and continued long term projects, Skelton Thomas Engineering Ltd are looking for experienced site Plater/Welders to join our team working within a heavy industrial environment.

These projects will require general onsite Fabrication on various types of Steelwork/Steel structures, with an immediate start available.

Night shift, weekday overtime and weekends available.

All rates of pay are inline with the NAECI (Blue Book) inclusive of radius, and 2nd tier bonus.

**Minimum Needs**:

- Exceptional Attitude to health and Safety
- NVQ Level 3 or City and Guides in plating or Fabrication and Welding
- CCSNG (Passport to safety)
- Ability to fabricate to a high-quality standard and be able to read from engineering drawings.

**Skills and requirements**:

- CCNSG (Safety passport)
- Good communication skills
- Prepared to work a reasonable amount of overtime
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude to work

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Full driving license
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Any up-to-date cards/certificates
- Working at height
- Harness trained
- Manual handling
