**Salary**:£9.81 - £11.00 per hour depending on qualification and experience

Our client is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their fantastic team based in Rayleigh. You will be passionate and confident about working with children and must have good communication skills and good working knowledge of the EYFS.

**The Role**

The position is open to full time or part-time applicants and the hours would be between 7.30am and 5.30pm.

You must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 or above childcare qualification or equivalent and prior experience of working within a nursery and being a key person would be desirable.

You must be able to plan, organise and implement activities to meet the needs of every child and be able to build excellent relationships with families. You must have good safeguarding knowledge. You will need to have a warm and caring nature, be able towork to the EYFS and be a committed and hard-working team player.
