Be prepared to work to schedules.
- Use our tablet booking system.
- Have general knowledge of building maintenance/repair.
- MUST Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel on a daily basis (accommodation provided if needed.
- Have all tools required for the job.
- Be prepared to work alone aswell as part of a team
- Commit to working hours required

**Work that you will be carrying out will be mainly involving;**
- Kitchen Removal and fitting
- Bathroom cladding walls and ceilings
- Hanging fire doors (Rectifying faults reported on fire safety inspections)
- Boxing in pipes
- Garden fences/gates (occasionally)
- Building partition walls
- General maintenance internally and externally

**Salary**: From £999.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
