An exciting opportunity to join the Maintenance team of a well established client in Woking has arisen.
The client is looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join their team in a fast paced environment where hard work is rewarded.

Job Requirements:
You should have C&G or NVQ qualifications or are time-served and ideally with experience of working in a residential property environment.

**The key activities you will undertake in this role will be**:
A wide variety of Painting and Decorating repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties. The work will include all types of preparation, emulsion, gloss painting, wallpaper hanging and artex repairs.

A full UK driving license as well as own tools are required as a works vehicle is provided.

Due to the nature of this role a DBS check is required.
