Our client is a marketing leading wholesale distribution business based in Deeside. They have a **12 month maternity cover contract **available in their Credit Department to provide administrative and data entry support

**Key Duties -**
- Manage the customer master files in relation to opening new accounts or amending existing accounts
- Assist the department in the allocation of customer payments
- Ensure all documentation is recorded and filed in accordance with the company Credit Management policy
- Carry out administration for the department including the provision of statements, and the sending of customer’s statements and reminder letters.

**Required Experience -**
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong communicator both on the telephone and face to face
- Self motivated individual with ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork - a team player who can play an active role in a dynamic team

Hours 9am - 5.30pm - after your training period you can work from home 3 days a week

Salary - £22,260

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,260.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
