Chase Delphi Recruitment have an immediate requirement for an experienced Collections Agent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Deal with difficult clients and act professionally.
- Have the ability to negotiate and persued difficult customers
- Read, analyze, and interpret information in order to submit reports of collections and other data.
- Have strong MS Office skills / knowledge

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.50 per hour
