Key responsibilities:

- To monitor the day-to-day customer experience for a portfolio of customers, ensuring the Customer is fully aware of all new products and restocked products and customer retention and satisfaction.
- To review performance of the Customers account and make suggestions or recommendations to improve profitability.
- To know the products available inside & out and be able to demonstrate this knowledge to the customer
- To manage own client lists with frequent interaction.

Essential Skills Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to adapt communication style, amount, and format based upon audience.

Able to prioritise and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.

Able to understand and empathise with customer needs whilst balancing their needs with that of the Company.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Bring on new clients
- Identify pipeline accounts
- B2B and B2C sales
- Manage existing customer accounts and relationships
