We are looking to recruit part time, permanent Clerical Officer posts based at University Hospital Hairmyres and University Hospital Wishaw. The post holder will be required to travel to 3 sites across NHS Lanarkshire at times.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week. It is essential the post holder is flexible with the ability to work unsociable hours including weekends and public holidays

**Please note**: this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

**JOB PURPOSE**
- To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the medical and nursing teams within the ward environment

**KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB**
- Good basic education.
- Basic understanding of office procedures.
- Proficient in use of Software systems.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
