**ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR**
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our office team as an Electrical Estimator. Aylesford Electrical Contractors are a mature and expanding, family-led business with over 30 years as a leading contractor performing electrical installation and maintenance works in the commercial, industrial and constructions sectors.

THE ROLE:
- Produce detailed quotes for a wide range of electrical installation, remedial, repair and maintenance works
- Monitor the progress of quotes and liaise with clients to achieve a high yield of instructions from quotes submitted
- Assist in the collation and production of O&M manuals and related e-documents for completed projects
- Assist in the monitoring and production of electrical certificates
- Assist in the production, monitoring and distribution of safety critical documentation including risk assessments, method statements and permits to work
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
You will be a proactive and methodical individual with good knowledge of the material and logístical requirements for commercial and industrial electrical works. You will have a keen attention to detail, exceptional quality and workmanship standards as well as with the ability to work well as part of a team. You shall have at least 3-years’ experience as working as an estimator
Essential Skills:
- Strong background in the M&E sector with wide ranging knowledge of installation and remedial works, and current regulations.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Extensive experience in the use of client management portals
- Highly skilled with full Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business Suite and experience with other document management platforms
- Minimum of **two years’ experience** working as an Estimator
Desirable experience
- Experience using CLIK Service or other CRM software suite
- Electrical design and CAD drawing experience
