**The difference you will make as a Data Assurance Officer**:
In this role you will support in the management of Digital golden thread of building safety information and data integrity and quality to support Registration of high-risk buildings. Ensure our systems accurately reflect out building safety (fire & structural) conditions and legal requirements, compliance status and hold appropriate records and evidence. Support our transitional team and delivery teams to ensure all data, documents etc are accurately recorded. Develop and maintain operational data models and analyse and present business information (BI) that is timely and accurate to support preparation of Building Safety Case through a range of mechanisms, in particular self-serve tools for use by colleagues. Provide business insight relating to building Safety and carry out detailed analysis of the outputs and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirement, issues and potential risks and production of governance reports, analysis and regulatory returns

We are looking for someone with Experience of Business Information and performance reporting production in a medium to large organization and the ability to interpret business requirements using a variety of data and experience of the analysis of data in the provision of meaningful intelligence and identify improvement opportunities / develop plans. **Role profile**

Role requires you to:
Accountabilities or “What You Have to Do”
- Support the Building Safety Manager (Registration & Assessment on the system requirements and configuration working closely with IT colleagues and external providers to ensure the required infrastructure is in place to effectively input, retain and extract all Building Safety case data (golden thread) and related data for governance reporting as required.
- Undertake analysis on the integrity and quality of data retained in relation to building safety & compliance, supporting data audits, identifying, and addressing data quality issues to ensure data integrity standards are identified, communicated, and adhered to effectively.
- Support internal and external stakeholders effectively providing guidance, advice, and training on system configuration, use and data integrity.
- Review and analyze Building Safety & compliance data from multiple systems for all building safety, shared spaces, and compliance services, including carrying out detailed analysis of the outputs of works orders, providing Compliance data reports to operational teams, data integrity checks, exception reporting on system process compliance and identify opportunities for improvement and areas of underperformance,
- Review and analyses Safety data including all compliance requirements through C365, promaster, site inspections through one mobile etc. and provide bespoke analysis and technical expertise in appropriate analysis and visualization techniques to support colleagues across the business with scrutinizing data.
- Support continuous improvement through routine and bespoke analysis to identify opportunities and ensure that the principles of data integrity adopted by the organization are embedded in reporting frameworks.
- Developing improvement / action plans to support Business Assurance Plans and monitor progress to completion.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to key stakeholders including the Building Safety leadership team, Shared spaces, building safety teams and external contractors and wider group members, with detailed analysis of transactional data, highlighting trends, issues, and potential risks, for review at regular performance meetings and to input into decision making as required.
