**Early Years Practitioner | Clevedon | Full Time and Part Time | £9.75-£10.10 Depending on Qualifications**

The team creates rich learning environments, where children are at the heart of the experience, and their learning is enhanced and encouraged.The setting provides a safe, nurturing environment and ensures all children are happy and comfortable within theirsurroundings.
Your role will be to ensure the learning environment is a creative, fun, stimulating and safe place for the children to be in.
As a key person you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking each child, to ensure their support needs are met. You will build strong relationships with all children and their families and have strong communication with them.
**Role Requirements**
- Qualified to at least Level 2 or above in Early Years.
**Role Responsibilities**
- To create a stimulating and enabling environment for the children.
- To complete learning diaries to high standards along with observations, best fits, and yearly aged checks, ensuring that they are always up to date.
- To be aware of child tracking and know which of your key children need additional support.
- To provide support to all families within the Nursery.
- To have strong communication with parents, children, staff, and other professionals.
- To participate in OFSTED inspections and partake in any activity or task they require.
- To always respect confidentiality and be sensitive to any situation.
- To ensure that safeguarding concerns are correctly and promptly reported to the management team and any other services if appropriate.
- To positively contribute to a secure nursery environment for children, parents, staff, and visitors.
- To be welcoming, supportive and encouraging to students that we have within the Nursery and ensure they are included in our daily practice.
