Exciting Opportunity: Site Agent for Major Renewables Projects in North of Scotland

Are you a dedicated and experienced Site Agent looking to play a vital role in shaping the future of renewable energy projects in the North of Scotland? Our esteemed client, a leading tier 1 construction and engineering company with a strong focus on sustainability, is seeking a skilled Site Agent to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of major renewable energy projects in the picturesque landscapes of the North of Scotland. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget, timeline, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve:

- Leading site operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of activities.
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Managing resources effectively to optimise project performance.
- Facilitating clear communication between various project stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to challenges that may arise.
- Reporting project progress to senior management.

Please note, it is likely that you will be required to work away from home, however all accommodation and subsistence will be covered by the contractor.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar supervisory role within civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy project processes and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A track record of successful project delivery, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within construction.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management or engineering.
