**the NG18** area, to work alongside our clients in Residential and supported living facilities.

**Your duties will include**:

- Follow the policies and procedures set out by the care setting in which you are working.
- Ensure you understand the needs of each services user you are supporting, following the care plan in-situ.
- You will be required to document and report any concerns which may arise using the correct channels.
- Help with supporting the service users with their day-to-day routines, this may include a small amount of personal care, and encouraging personal care to be done independently.
- Providing encouragement to participate and engage in activities.
