Job Summary:
The Bid Co-ordinator is responsible for the coordination of the bidding process for construction projects. This includes gathering information, preparing documents, and ensuring that all bids are submitted on time. The Bid Co-ordinator will also be responsible for managing the bidding process, including tracking bids, negotiating with potential contractors, and providing updates to project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze relevant information and data related to the bidding process.
- Prepare all documents related to the bidding process, including requests for proposals, bid packages, and other materials.
- Manage the bidding process, including tracking bids, negotiating with potential contractors, and providing updates to project stakeholders.
- Monitor the bidding process to ensure that all bids are submitted on time.
- Work with the project team to ensure that all bid specifications and requirements are met.
- Coordinate meetings with potential contractors to discuss bids and negotiate terms.
- Update internal databases with relevant information related to the bidding process.
- Prepare and present reports related to the bidding process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction bidding and project management.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, including the bidding process and project management.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
