**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**To assist with the completion of the food management system documents including waste management, portion control etc.**:

- Maintain GDPR regulations
- Complete payroll / timesheets in a timely manner
- Monitor, code and handle invoices from various suppliers
- Responsibility for the day to day cash handling and till reconciliation and to ensure the correct cash and accounting procedures are followed.
- Organise monthly stock count and support the manager in ensuring accurate stock record including updating costs
- Support new team members to learn procedures and standards for all general tasks
- Operate EPOS Back of house system and support management in producing reports

**General/Other**
- To undertake any reasonable request by your line manager

2-3 years of experience in a similar work environment
