Do you have Employer & Executive Services experience, and are you seeking a new job in the Channel Islands? The Apex Group is looking for an Associate Director (Employer & Executive Services) in Jersey, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As an Associate Director (Employer & Executive Services), you will manage a busy team of staff, delivering exceptional administration and financial reporting services to a portfolio of local pension plans, International Pension Plans (IPP's) and associated corporate structures - which may include key clients of the business. You will also take ownership of the client and intermediary relationships within your designated portfolio of clients

In your first few months in this Associate Director role, you can expect to:

- Be responsible for the ongoing development of your team by providing coaching and technical expertise
- Be an active member of the department’s senior team by assisting in meeting targets, driving the change agenda, delivering to high standards of client service and regulatory requirements
- Provide operational support to the department where needed
- Maintain awareness of risks involved in administration activity and clearly understand risks involved
- A track record demonstrating the ability to progress a range of issues and projects simultaneously, including audit, compliance and related matters
- Excellent standard of oral and written communication skills
- The ability to identify and analyse issues, develop solutions, and motivate the team, initiate and manage change
- Proven knowledge of appropriate Jersey legislation and regulation
