We are hiring in the Globe-Trotter factory in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. Come and be a part of our team making high end luxury suitcases from start to finish.

For 125 years, Globe-Trotter has been manufacturing beautiful, handcrafted luggage with the original design and manufacturing methods changing very little since its Victorian beginnings.

At Globe-Trotter we take pride in our time-honoured processes and the exquisite craftsmanship passed down through generations.

We are looking for craftsmen and craftswomen who want a chance to learn a craft and skill that not many will possess.

We are hiring in various departments Including Kitting, Prep and Assembly.

**The Preparation Team**, produce leather parts ready for Suitcase Assembly. A hands on making process learning skills such as making handles, Inking, stitching, splitting leather.

**The Kitting Department **then Pick and Kit these parts ready for the assembly line working from a spec to pick and kit the correct parts.

**The Assembly Line** then put together our suitcases using original manufacturing methods and machinery that date back to the Victorian era.

Starting at £11 per hour, with a structured career path in place to enable you to progress within the business and earn more as you gain more skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hoddesdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
