**What would I be doing?**
You will be joining a proactive and friendly team where you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks. This is a nice varied role and you will be covering Administration for Short Term Rental. Some of the role responsibilities are listed below:
- You will have the ability to work independently and in a team, hold good communication skills, work to a high standard and be able to work to timescales as required.
- To ensure all activities are logged and recorded on our rental management software.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with Customer and/or Sales Team queries.
- Organising equipment through the Workshop and through Transport to ensure trucks are delivered to customers on a timely basis.
- Provide excellent service to all customers by ensuring SLA’s and delivery / collection requirements are being met.
- Expanding service provided to customers by identifying new revenue streams and liaising with the Sales team.
- Raising contracts and invoices on a daily basis.
- Dealing with invoice and customer queries in relation to current and/or terminated agreements.
- Ensuring customer returns are dealt with promptly and any damaged is invoiced.
- Read Rental Engineer job sheets daily to check for reasonableness.
- Monitor and control rental fleet maintenance.
- Carry out other duties which may or may not be related to the job, as reasonably requested by management.
This role is critical to the Rental Team's success and requires an ability to task manage and prioritise workloads to reflect the requirements of the day.

Essential Skills:
- Good communication skills both written and vernal, plus an excellent telephone manner
- Good interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills including MS Office
- Ability to work on your own initiative, towards sets targets, whilst also maintaining a good team work ethic.
- Self-motivated with a professional, calm and friendly approach.
- Ability to problem solve, prioritise workloads and find alternative solutions with regards to long lead times from suppliers.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly about the business and a willingness to learn.
