Crafty Otter Campers are expanding into a larger premises and are looking for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join us in our growing team. Your experience as a campervan converter could be just what we are looking for We will consider applicants from other industries, providing you can demonstrate that you have many of the essential skills required for this role, and can complete several of the duties listed below.

**Duties:

- **
- All aspects of campervan conversion work including: Pop top roof fitting, window installation, automotive carpeting, floor fitting, wood work, furniture construction & installation, electrical, plumbing, rock & roll bed fitting and diesel heater installation.

**Essential skills**:

- Campervan conversion experience of 1 year or more
- Clean driving license
- Competent communication skills
- Ability to work with numbers and measure accurately
- Competent use of workshop power tools
- Competent use of workshop hand tools
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and safely
- Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Complete all jobs to a high standard, in a timely and safe manner
- Collaborate with other team members
- Ensure and maintain good time keeping

**Desirable skills**:

- Vehicle mechanics & servicing
- Design skills
- Knowledge of CNC router

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
