**The Role - IT Consultant **(pre-sales and IT service implementation projects)

Working within the Technical Department, you’ll be working closely with the Sales and Technical Teams to identify, plan and implement complex professional IT service projects.

Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:

- Assisting with pre-sales scoping to assist Sales Teams to identify solutions
- Collating requirements, planning and delivering complex professional services
- Taking ownership of projects and customer relationships
- Ensuring commercial viability of proposed solutions
- Supporting customers and colleagues with their use of software, hardware and services

**The Package**

You will benefit from:

- A salary in the region of **£35,000 to £45,000**, with the level dependent on experience and qualifications, plus bonus scheme
- Flexible working options, with option for hybrid or remote working if preferred. _**You will be expected to attend our Colwyn Bay (North Wales) office a minimum of 2 days a week.**_
- Permanent contract, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

**Our Requirements - IT Consultant - (Pre-Sales and IT Service Implementation Projects)**

To excel in this role you will need:

- Experience and proficiency gained in a similar role, with a broad range of IT knowledge and skills, ideally working as part of Managed Services Provider
- Technical skills and experience with Infrastructure and Modern Desktop, including but not limited to - Azure AD; Security; Windows Server environments; networking, and M365 Premium Stac
- Microsoft qualifications i.e., MSCA, MCSE, (or modern equivalent - MS-102) AZ-104 or MS-700
- Full UK driving licence

You will also need to be:

- Able to deliver clear and articulate information to customers and colleagues
- Attentive to customer needs, and able to build strong rapport and loyalty
- Able to manage difficult situations calmly
- Confident in your superb analytical and methodical problem-solving skills
