We are working with a company who are on the pathway to being the employer of choice within their market sector. This role can be worked on a hybrid model with 2 days a week from home. The company is a multinational business who employ over 10,000 employeesworldwide. The position sits within a wider HR team and will be supporting the UK population. The company believes passionately in investing in their employees and offers support, training as well as career opportunities and the potential to organically grow.We are looking for HR practitioners who have previous experience working in a generalist HR role with excellent employment law knowledge as well as strong influencing and communication skills.

Key aspects:

- Working collaboratively with managers to advise and support the delivery of best in practice HR including performance management, people development, recruitment, and employee relations activity.
- As a business they believe strongly in a couching culture and part of this is to inform and develop Managers in matters regarding people management. Ensuring Managers have the tools and support to lead their teams and enhance the employee experience
- Working closely across the business to develop strong business partnership relationships
- Implement, embed a variety of human resource initiatives and strategic projects
- Work with the employees in order to resolve employee questions, concerns and grievances
- Support on ER matters across the business
- Ensure full compliance of all employment data in line with GDPR standards
- Collaborate with the global HR team to implement and enhance talent management processes
