**Are you a highly organised, process driven administrator with a passion for generating solutions?**

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person who will be responsible for all school examinations both internally and externally, timetabling the exams and managing a team of invigilators.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with the examination boards and school policies, administrating the examinations entry processes.

Knowledge of the examination process and requirements for schools would be desirable. Experience of managing people would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a permanent part time role, working 31 hours per week on a term time plus 1 week basis. The role starts from October 2023.

**You will**:

- Be highly organised and self-motivated and be able to demonstrate significant experience of administration.
- Work closely with our senior leaders to ensure the effective and efficient processing of examinations from entry through to results.
