We are currently seeking Business-related Graduate to join a fantastic business in Slough as a Credit Operations Executive. This role will involve customer service, administration, data management and credit control duties.
You will be joining a dynamic and fast paced environment and is a perfect opportunity for someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up and kick start their career within a progressive and highly successful business within the financial services sector.
Job duties:
- Responding and providing support to customer queries
- Processing any contract changes, updating the contract management system
- Making outbound calls to customers when required
- Undertaking any collections/ credit control activities
- Liaising with other departments in the business to ensure resolution of queries
- Allocating payments received accurately
- Ensuring any issues are escalated and management are aware of any potential issues
- Treating customers with respect, empathy and excellent customer service at all times
- Adhering to regulatory processes and policies at all times
**Requirements**:
- Ideally graduated within the last three years with a Business-related degree
- An excellent attitude to work and learning
- Ability to use own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
