**We are looking for someone who is sales orientated, passionate and money motivated, to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

**Your role: -**

In return you'll earn uncapped commission on top of your base salary, plus have the chance to grow your career as promotions are based on performance

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience working to and exceeding sales targets (direct sales, outbound contact centres for example, but not limited to this)
- Drive and commitment to wanting to start a career within recruitment - the first 1-2 years can be tough, you'll need determination and perseverance to become successful
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Dedicated and determined to succeed. This is key, as recruitment, like any sales role, can have good days as well as bad
- Passion and motivation - these traits go a long way in this industry

**What we offer you**:

- Full training with our specialist L&D team, covering all areas of recruitment.
- Ongoing training, mentoring and development from your manager
- Work with experienced and supportive managers and get to learn from the best
- Uncapped commission with no thresholds, enabling you to start earning straight away
- OTE - £30-50k in your first two years.
- Clear career progression structure, with promotion based on performance - giving you control over your career path
- Salary increase with promotion
- Wellbeing Friday with a 4pm finish
- 23 days' annual leave (increasing with tenure), plus bank holidays, plus an extra day off for your birthday
- Opportunity to work 10 days a year from anywhere (you can extend a holiday, take more mini breaks, or work from one of our global offices)
