If so, an excellent Claims Handler opportunity has come to market with a highly reputable independent insurance brokerage in Manchester City Centre
THE ROLE:
Joining the brokerage as Claims Handler, you will be responsible for proactively managing and servicing clients' claims whilst also working very closely with Account Executives and Handlers, providing outstanding technical claims support to them.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering an excellent and effective claims service and support to clients and colleagues.
- Developing and maintaining outstanding working relationships with clients, insurers, adjusters and suppliers alike.
- Ensuring all claims data is recorded accurately on Acturis and kept completely up to date.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- A strong background and experience within motor claims, with property and liability claim experience being a bonus.
- Will be an extremely organised individual with excellent time management and planning skills.
- A team player, always willing to assist others when required.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
