37.5 hours per week. A new opportunity has arisen for an outstanding individual to become the Adult Social Care Practice Lead within Plymouth.

As the Adult Social Care Practice Lead, you will promote the development and delivery of high-quality integrated Adult Social Care practice across Livewell Southwest, including new service standards, practices, policies, and procedures. The post will work alongside the Adult Social Care Operational Lead and Deputy Head of Service, you will drive Quality Assurance and the Practice Framework within the Adult Social Care workforce across the organisation.

You will have excellent frontline practice skills; sound operational management experience in Adult Social care; with the ability to analyse complex information and use this to support improvement in practice; a positive communicator who can collaborate, influence, challenge with excellent verbal and written skills. You will have substantial knowledge of the legislation and statutory responsibilities that underpin Adult Social Care practice including appropriate performance indicators and quality standards. We are looking for someone who is deeply committed to the development of Adult Social Care practice within Livewell Southwest.
