This role manages all aspects of daily operations for Internal Flooding Incidents, ensuring that all processes and activities are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Managing all incidents and taking accountability and responsibility for all jobs that are processed through the system until time comes for the baton to be passed on to our Planning Team. This role requires effective engagement across all Five regions so that all which is required can be captured in real time.

**Responsibilities**:

- To update the Flooding tracker spreadsheet in real-time. Cross-reference against engineers’ report
- Ensuring that all information is correctly provided by Field Engineers, and the data provided is accurate to complete works on first site visit
- Communicate with Engineers requirements in real-time and for any follow-on works that may be required
- To escalate all or any Operational issues in a timely manner to get them resolved
- Maintain regular liaison and communication with the Field Engineers and Field Managers to ensure works are completed as agreed on a daily
- To answer all phone calls within the agreed time frame for both inbound and outbound
