**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist joiners and other tradesmen as needed, including but not limited to carrying materials, fetching tools, and providing general support.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace by sweeping, disposing of debris, and organising materials.
- Safely move materials and furniture around the site as directed by supervisors.
- Perform soft demolition and soft-stripping tasks.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures on site to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or issues to the appropriate personnel immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in the construction industry is essential.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
- Physical strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
