**Technical BA/ Jira SME - circa £80,000 plus package - London/ remote - ASAP**

My client, a market leading consultancy based in the heart of London is currently on the hunt for a technical BA with strong Jira experience to come and join them on a permanent basis - this is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, innervational, drivenand exciting organisation that is going through an exciting period of hyper growth due to their continuous success

As the technical BA/ Jira SME you will be a core member of the team and become the Jira advocate across the whole team, developing vision and strategy, looking for improvements through adoption of the tool and providing guidance/support on its usage, workingwith key stakeholders to educate on the benefits of Jira, improving custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards and reports and challenge existing procedures while providing alternative ideas to improve and develop new solutions.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 5 years working with Jira at intermediate level.
- Good understanding of all admin functions and features, implementing standard methodologies and developing and maintaining portals that provide self-service information.
- Be able to maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, reporting, dashboards, fields, and users in Jira 8.x environment.
- Be able to manage user permissions for tools.
- Agile
- Stakeholder Management - Building a robust base of business and technology stakeholder relationships, Engaging, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Delivery - Working in agile environments, following agile methodologies. Working with software development lifecycle, especially requirements, solution assessment, testing, and benefits realisation.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of the Jira API’s, CSS and JavaScript
- Pega implementation experience (CDH, Cloud)
- CRM experience (SalesForce, Adobe, Unica or Pega)
