£24k - £27k depending on experience, qualifications and training.

Permanent position based in White Roding

We’re looking for a highly motivated person with a passion for accurate admin and customer satisfaction to join our growing commercial team within our small friendly company in White Roding.

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written including the ability to communicate with your colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Be able to work to a deadline
- Have good organisational skills a good knowledge of Excel, Word and outlook. Sage 200 would be advantageous but full training would be given.
- Good timekeeping/personal presentation skills.
- Previous Estimating and sales order processing experience would be advantageous.

Duties include but are not limited to
- Back office support for field sales team.
- Receiving new sales enquiries, identifying customers needs and sending out quotations including raising orders.
- Establishing a good knowledge of our product ranges, in order to help customers.
- Responsible for uploading orders into our system.
- Working closely with the other departments across our business. Ensuring accurate delivery.

You should be creative and flexible in your approach and be able to take responsibility to act on your own initiative and manage your own workload and time

This role is office based full time 37.5 hours a week.

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm. Friday 8.30am - 3.45pm

Very limited public transport to the site.
