**REQUIREMENTS OF A SITE JOINER**:

- **Must be located within commutable distance of Northallerton**

**- Time served (Minimum of 3 years) or NVQ in site joinery or equivalent**
- Experience in modern hand tools.
- Experience in reading drawings & written instructions.
- Ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- To be able to work independently or as part of a team.

**BENEFITS FOR A SITE JOINER**:

- Permanent - Monday-Friday; 7:00 - 4:30 (45 hours per week + overtime available)
- Pay: £40,000+ per annum dependent on experience.
- 5.6 weeks (28 days) holiday per year. This includes the 8 statutory public/bank holidays as normally recognised by England.

**DAY TO DAY DUTIES OF A SITE JOINER**:

- General 1st & 2nd fix joinery,
- Roof structures, stud walls & floor structures,
- Finishing joinery - skirting, architrave, internal doors & screens, mouldings and panelling,
- Bespoke cabinetry, staircases, furniture and kitchens.
