Juice is pleased to be supporting a leading manufacturing organisation based in Bradford on Avon, in their search for a QSHE (Quality Assurance, Safety, Health & Environment) Assistant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing team that is leading in their field. As a key member, you will be joining a small close-knit team, supporting with the delivery of QSHE aspects of the business. This could suit someone keen to progress their career in compliance or health & safety.

**DAY TO DAY**:

- Assisting with the implementation of new and existing QSHE-related legislation
- Updating and maintaining documented records
- Assisting with both accident and near-miss investigations
- Providing statistical information concerning QSHE performance
- Preparing detailed information for management briefs and assisting with internal auditing
- Identifying training needs and coordinating training courses to facilitate this
- Ensuring all internal departments are following the correct day-to-day processes
- Supporting with the writing of risk assessment reports (Safe Systems of Work & COSHH)
- Checking inspection needs including checks of safety, fire, lifting, etc.

**WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE**:

- Previous experience in a Compliance or QSHE position
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Good health and safety knowledge or a willingness to work towards a suitable qualification
- A personable communicator who can confidently suggest improvements
- Highly organised with fantastic time management abilities
- Good levels of accuracy
