**About the role**:
Are you looking to get into the Education sector? Have you worked with children or vulnerable people in a past role? Vision for Education are recruiting enthusiastic, confident and caring people with transferable skills to join our bank of supply staff as teaching assistants. Through training modules and a paid placement within a school, we will get you ready for a role as a teaching assistant.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Unqualified Teaching Assistant (Full Time) you will:

- The desire to get into the education sector
- A passion for working with children and helping them to succeed
- The ability to work with initiative and part of a team
- Experience working with primary school aged children (preferable but not essential)
- Experience working with people of any age with SEND (preferable but not essential)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Transferable skills from a role working with vulnerable people (children or adults)
- An Enhanced DBS that is on the DBS Update Service (or be willing to undergo a new check)
- A minimum of Level 1 Safeguarding Certificate (or be willing to undergo new, free training)
