**Role**: Graduate/ Entry Level Recruiter (Graduate Scheme)

**Package**: £24-27K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

All of the leadership team started at Graduate level and 35% of the team have been promoted in the last 12 months They are currently expanding across the world with domination of the US market being next on the agenda. **The Role**:

- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Researching your market
- Account Management
- Networking
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Building a personal brand in your chosen market
