**Scrum Master / Agile Team Lead**

**Hybrid role, working from home with travel to BCA Hook**

**Up to £55,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits**

**40 hours per week Monday - Friday**

**_BCA UK are looking for Agile "experts" to join our Product team to take accountability for implementing scrum; leading and progressing the team’s effectiveness._**

**_As a Scrum Master with BCA you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand ups and other agile ceremonies. You will be considered a coach for the team, helping them do the best work they can and ensuring they perform as their highest level. You will work closely with the Product Owners to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ensuring good practises are employed to achieve the best from the team. Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organising teams that are flexible and fully productive._**

**_We're looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience managing the delivery of technology based projects using Agile Methodology, having worked as a Scrum master OR an Agile Coach over 2 or more teams. You will understand various Agile tools and have a good knowledge of core values and principles._**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting multiple teams from an agile standpoint
- Facilitate all ceremonies for multiple teams
- Facilitate the removal of impediments within the team
- Provide measurements of team performance and progress
- Encourage continuous improvement culture by promote team improvements such as Test Automation CI/CD and technical debt removal
- Working with the Product Owner to ensure a backlog is created to level workable by the team
- Coaching & mentor all roles how to be more agile centric, thus improving agile maturity and developing a deeper agile culture across all teams
- Ensuring proper visibility and flow of work carried out by the team.
- Helping the team in reviewing processes and ways of working time to time and bringing in improvements where necessary.
- Fostering good communication and transparency amongst the team and across other related teams as well.
- Keeping in constant touch with the product owner to understand areas that might require attention and planning actions, where necessary.
