No prior experience in the global renewable energy industry is necessary, you’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success and develop your skills and knowledge in all aspects of recruitment, equipping yourself with the tools to excel in your new career, however any internships or exposure to sales or recruitment processes will be beneficial.
