**The role**

In your role, you will work as part of a team to define sustainability strategies; deliver, communicate and implement sustainability programmes; and lead on strategic stakeholder engagement and mediation with cross-sector clients. You will work across several accounts where you will be exposed to the full range of our sustainability activities offered and given direct exposure to clients - gaining unique insight from leading industry experts.

As a Consultant, you will be seen as a safe pair of hands-on projects, able to take ownership of the day-to-day running of workstreams and production of deliverables, and present to clients. As you progress, you may even find yourself leading on small client projects. You will also be expected to manage Analysts and Interns, and coach them as they look to develop their skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Owning end-to-end deliverables, ensuring outputs are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Leading workstreams with mínimal support from project lead
- In some instances, day-to-day project lead on small projects
- Regularly leading client and internal delivery calls
- Escalating risks and issues to senior colleagues in a timely manner
- Supporting senior colleagues with organic growth and new business opportunities
- Coach and upskill more junior colleagues through line management and on projects
- Previous experience delivering sustainability strategies, sustainability advisory and/or business change
- Able to work efficiently on multiple projects to deadlines
- Understanding of client objectives and how they can be supported through project delivery
- Developing stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and good understanding of how to deliver projects effectively
- Keen to improve their business development skills and grow their external network
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
