SITE MANAGER - STRATFORD UPON AVON BASED - £28,000 - £42,000 DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE.

Covering - Leicester, Bedford, Stratford, paying mileage 45p a mile.

6 months contract with a view of extending for another 6 months.

On estates / sites 2 to 3 days a week - working from home other days - office 1 day a week in Stratford Upon Avon - Monday to Friday 36.25 hours 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

Job duties:
To carry out the contract programme planning, planning, impact assessments,

risk mapping, dependencies mapping and implementation project delivery in

order to execute efficient on site management and delivery of investment

works projects.
- Woking and supporting the operational project managers ensure that all

project management data, GANNTs, dependencies, resourcing plans and

programme plans are in format that can be utilised for a project based Capital

delivery programme management function.
- Assisting the Contract Manager that the organisations technical contractual

requirements are met on site whilst ensuring financial, quantity and quality

standards are met.
- Under the guidance of the Contracts Manager ensure all works (where there

is not a professional technical 3rd party requirement) are pre, during and post

works inspected meeting the correct contractual requirements.
- Working with the Contract Manager to analyse and assess contractors

performance in relation to programme, quality, run rate quantities and value

for money and make written recommendations to be addressed at contract

meetings.
- To support the Contract Manager in the process, assessment and ensure all

actual completions (or partial completions) on site
- To put in place and working with the Operational Project Managers factually correct and effective progress and financial monitoring reports and transmit this information to others in an agreed format
- Use information gathered at regular intervals to support the Contract Manager in assessing progress on projects, taking corrective action as required to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards as evidenced by agreedKey Performance Indicators. - Carry out any other statutory inspections as required as part of management plans currently in place, (for example Asbestos manage

Skills & Experience required:
Level of Technical expertise needed around building legislation, programme or works regulations.

Experience in social housing

Delivering projects, refurb etc
