Game Producer

Crucible Gaming is a relatively new company run by some of the most experienced people in the online gaming industry. We design and develop casino games for household-name brands such as SkyBet, Ladbrokes, William Hill among many others. We are expanding our team to cope with an increase in demand for our products, and we require a GAME PRODUCER to join our Sheffield-based team.

This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the best and highly regarded people in the industry, designing and producing products that will be played across the world. It is a gateway to an eventual senior role within the business. You’ll learn a lot, and a lot will be expected of you.

**What is the role?**
- Work with the content team to design and document new projects
- Commission graphics and audio, and track progress, feedback and customer requirements.
- Help manage support issues as the project nears completion.
- Assisting the team to ensure bugs are triaged and resolved in good time.
- Managing/retesting post-launch fixes to games.
- Provide work estimates.
- Ability to escalate issues when need be.
- _As a highly regulated business, we work inside strict rules to ensure our games meet or exceed legal requirements. Your work will be fundamental in maintaining our compliance with those rules._

**What skills and experience do I need?**
- Extremely good written English: you will be writing game help files and documentation which undergoes legal scrutiny.
- Great organisations skills; you’ll be juggling 4-6 projects at once.
- Good oral skills in English; you’ll be talking to customers on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of casino games, especially online slots, would be extremely useful.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - you will be using it all day every day
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to stay focused on the task at hand, ensuring that timelines are met, and operations are not adversely impacted.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic to get the job done.

**What else might be handy?**
- Applicant must have existing right to work in the UK.
- A background in software product development & delivery is very beneficial.
- A keen eye for and attention to detail.
- Ambitious - Keen to learn and progress in a successful, fast paced and growing games studio.
- A passport - you will be travelling with the team to meet clients and attend events in Europe and the US.
