Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Collaborate with other teams within the company to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including negotiating contracts and terms.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about industry developments.

Keep abreast of competitor activity and market trends.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans.

Experience in the industry or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nelson: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
