Excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a well-established and thriving business who are Market leaders in their field.
Working in a small and loyal team the role of the Operations Manager is to oversee the day - day running of the business.
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
Friendly, family feel business
The Operations Manager will report directly to the MD, responsibilities will include the following:

- Managing staff both on and off-site
- Overseeing customer service including resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring all staff work within compliance and regulations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures and manage the ISO system
- Coordinate and schedule work with customers
- Monitor budgets and financial performance

Ideally the Operations Manager will have the following skills and expertise:

- Previous Operational management experience
- Ideally experienced within Automotive/Engineering sector
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to process problem and devise suitable resolutions
- Excellent customer care skills
- Enjoys working with people as a team
- Good IT skills, ability to use and pick up new systems easily
- Experience in managing ISO systems
- Full Driving license is essential.
