IT Applications Director

Unipart IT delivers business transformation and system implementation services, both as part of Logistics contracts and standalone. This is a very exciting time to be joining us and get involved in our bold growth plans for the years ahead.
You will be joining at a key point of our growth and transformation, as we are ramping up our SAP S/4 implementations and building a deep, long-term partnership with SAP. Finally, you will be a critical part of our growth strategy and will be deeply involvedin the commercial aspects of bids and execution against successful contracts, providing a rare opportunity for delivering growth and directly influencing revenue and profits. Therefore, commercial acumen and experience are highly valued.

**IT Applications Director Responsibilities will include:**:

- Lead a high performing team of c.100 across UK and India that has the skills, knowledge, and accountability to deliver excellence for our customers
- Build strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders

**IT Applications Director Requirements:**:

- Experience within a 3PL environment
- You are a senior and seasoned leader, with good experience of SAP, across functional, technical and commercial
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to develop and lead a sizeable, high performing delivery team
- Strong stakeholder management - able to demonstrate managing both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong coaching and negotiation skills Experience with setup of and/or operating with offshore delivery centres a plus
- Educated to Degree Level / equivalent, or strong industry relevant experience
- Experience in warehouse management systems within a Logistics business

**Location**: Based in Oxford or Nuneaton - blended working
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
**Salary**:Circa £130,000 per annum
