Working alongside the established and existing Fetal Surveillance Midwife and Obstetric Fetal Surveillance Lead, you will support the maternity workforce in interpretation, escalation, and appropriate management of fetal monitoring using cardiotocography (CTG).You will also be working alongside the practice development midwives in regards to mandatory training and teaching. This exciting opportunity will involve driving forward the national agenda for Saving Babies lives, and build upon ongoing developments to improve the standard of intrapartum risk assessment, and fetal surveillance in collaboration with the wider multi-professional team.

You will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and act as a role model demonstrating clinical leadership. teaching and midwifery expertise
