We are a small housing charity with properties at 7 sites across Edinburgh and Lothian. You will need your own transportation to travel to each site.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Carry out any decorating and painting work in each service.
- General plumbing, reporting any issues that require attention and tasks involving minor electrics.
- Checking and refurbishing properties when requires.
- Recording jobs with any external contractors regarding items not within your remit. Items such as, major electricals and fire alarm repairs.
- Take meter readings of services when required.
- Report any kind of defects (equipment and building lighting) to Visualise Management.
- Sort repairs when you are required with both external contractors and service managers of each service.
- Carry out regular gardening tasks.
- Carry out any routine maintenance or safety checks on any equipment.
- Visually inspect any equipment before they are used to make sure all is in working order
- You are responsible for the health & safety of yourself, work colleagues and anyone else who might be affected by the activity you undertake, and you must work in accordance with the safety policies of Visualise Scotland.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
