We have an exciting new Apprentice Administrator position within our Patient Safety team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and achieve a NVQ Level 2 qualification in Customer Service.
The job description attached will give you an overview of the tasks you will be trained to undertake by the end of the apprenticeship.
You will receive a comprehensive induction, formal training and you will be provided with the support and guidance that you need to achieve success
You will need to be dedicated to completing the NVQ Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner.
To provide an effective and dynamic administrative support function to the Patient Safety Team.
To provide an effective administrative function to the patient safety incident response framework process.
To extract, collate, and maintain data and information to support quality and safety processes. This includes information regarding patient safety.
Provide and present information in a clear, dynamic and relevant format for reports which inform operational services and Trust Board of important and significant issues relating to patient safety.
The post holder will be expected to act on their own initiative and provide cross cover/support for other administration roles within the team as necessary to facilitate effective service function.
