Elm Lodge Care Home is a small business in Eastbourne, BN21 2ED. We are agile and professional.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment - Supervise contractors
- Conduct weekly,monthly,yearly checks to comply with H&S regulations and Fire regulations
- Painting and decorating - Demonstrate leadership skills in coordinating maintenance activities

Experience:

- Prior experience in a maintenance role is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to supervise maintenance activities effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
