Working for an Estate Agency to secure mortgages & protection policies for potential applicants
- A competitive and guaranteed basic salary of £30-£35K depending on experience with OTE of £65K+

You will be working out of our two branches based in Ashford, Surrey and Englefield Green, Surrey.

We’ll offer a competitive salary based on your job role, your experience and our commission structure will keep your take-home pay very healthy indeed.

To ensure the growth of the Business you will focus on gaining the trust and business of your Estate Agency colleagues, prospective clients and building a portfolio of strong relationships. Customer Service is an important factor for relationships and return business.

On a daily basis, your working day will include gathering information from colleagues, preparation for future appointments and generating new business.

Furthermore, your role as an adviser is to ensure your client fully understands the products and services available to them and that they receive correct and compliant financial advice. You will play a significant part in your client’s home-buying journey by being there every step of the way until they receive the keys to their brand-new home and liaising with our Estate Agency staff to ensure they can do the same. You will also be both results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility.

What You Will Need:
CeMaP1 qualification or are a current Mortgage and Protection Adviser within an Estate Agency or a New Homes division.
- CeMAP 1 or similar industry-recognized qualification
- Willingness to learn and adapt to market needs
- Full driving license
- You are legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance to the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. (Please Note: you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK via proof of address, identity and NI prior to a formal offer of employment)
