Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning, high end residential developer where you will enjoy an autonomous role, working on technically interesting projects within a close knit environment where you will be well looked after.

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to work on high end, bespoke residential projects? Are you looking for a varied role where you will be involved in the whole project life cycle from concept through to delivery?

This award-winning, privately-owned property developer have grown from strength to strength and pride themselves on their personal approach to their high end and bespoke developments. The company holds the customer at the centre of everything, developingunique and bespoke homes, delivered to the highest calibre, which is testament to their strong client base and growing pipeline of work. Due to recent success and a huge pipeline of work they are therefore looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work withintheir dynamic commercial team.
In this role you will report directly to the Commercial Director where you will play an integral part of their client facing team, playing a key role in ensuring client projects are effectively planned, and that they are delivered on time and to budget. Youwill be involved in activities including but not limited to; budgeting, procurement, overseeing and monitoring of all projects, valuations and contract process control and providing drawing updates to the surrounding team.

This exciting opportunity would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being client side and dealing directly with clients. You will have experience of working on projects and understand the full project life cycle. This opportunity wouldsuit someone who is looking to join an award-winning company in a period of high growth, that looks after their staff and is looking to work on high end and bespoke residential projects.
