We are looking for a Care Home Business Administrator to join our residential care & nursing home group. We have five care homes in East & West Sussex. This position will be based at Ersham House, Hailsham where you will have your own office.

Our Business Administrators are:

- Engaging, helpful and kind
- Make a difference in people’s lives every day
- Proficient in using a computer and with Microsoft Office
- Has a good telephone manner
- Have great communication & written skills
- Has financial literacy including an understanding of accounting software
- Organised & diligent
- Enjoying working as part of a team
- Understands rota planning.

You must be able to work Monday to Friday.

Experience working in a care setting as a bookkeeper/management/administrator is essential. An understanding of care home funding is essential. Experience working in a care setting as an administrator is preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
